Who we are
Healthier Futures International provides free, consistent healthcare to underserved communities in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Our volunteer medical team returns 3–4 times a year to provide pediatric and women's health services, family medicine, essential medications, and long-term follow-up—all at no cost to patients.
Every volunteer takes time off from work, covers much of their own expenses, and works without pay. We're not a one-time outreach effort—we return because continuity is what turns care into real outcomes.
